Noble is adding a full-time Career Discovery Experience Facilitator to join our talented team of staff who will be responsible for coordinating and leading an exciting pre-vocational service to round out Noble's continuum of employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Specific responsibilities of the CDE Facilitator position include:
• Instructing participants on vocational-related curriculum;
•Transporting participants to various community locations and providing hands-on learning opportunities within those community-based settings;
• Developing and maintaining relationships with community partners;
• Coordinating pursuit of future employment efforts with Noble's Community Employment team; and
• Providing person-centered planning specific to career goals and aspirations.

Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in human services, education or a closely related business field along with a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred. Ideal candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with technology, and instruction experience.


This position is full-time, Monday through Friday daytime hours. Candidates must provide own transportation, have valid driver's license and meet driving insurability and background check requirements.
