Are you interested in a career providing services individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities/ Noble is adding a Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) role to our Adult Day Services program on Indianapolis' East Side.

With support from the Manager of Community Integration, the Lead DSPl oversees and leads the day-to-day operations of a small group of adults with disabilities designed to interact and express themselves through different activities, including (but not limited to) art, music, physical activities, etc. The Lead DSP assures that the curriculum/activities for individuals include opportunities for personal development and ability to meet goals and outcomes outlined in individual support plans. 

Additional responsibilities include providing client-specific training to other direct support staff, quality assurance checks, writing monthly reports, and communicating positively and professionally with all customers, including family members, providers, case managers, behavior clinicians and other team members.

Requirements: Position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong organizational and leadership skills, and good follow-through. Must provide own transportation, have valid driver's license and meet driving insurability and background check requirements. Must have ability to lift 75lbs, stand, walk, bend and reach frequently throughout the workday.
