Noble is adding a new manager role to its growing team!

The Manager of Noble's Center for Family Leadership (CFL) will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects related to the CFL, ensuring consistency with the organization's strategy, commitments and goals.

 Specific responsibilities include:

As the point of contact on assigned projects related to Noble's Center for Family Leadership (CFL), the manager performs a variety of duties such as coordinating all logistics of Noble's Summer Camps program, including serving as the liaison between camp host sites and Noble, processing camp enrollments and serving as the primary point of contact for camp families. In addition, the selected manager will be responsible for the coordination of all CFL presentations, including serving as the liaison between presenters and Noble and the primary point of contact for attendees.

 Additional responsibilities include:

  • Participating in Person Center Planning meetings as necessary for individuals assigned, using person first language and person centered thinking to promote collaboration, self-determination, and self-advocacy in the development of outcomes.
  • Ensuring each individual has a state required current Individual Support Plan and other required documentation.
  • Completing required monthly reports for individuals as assigned, including notation of any issues of significance (health, medical, behavioral, or other) that occurred in that month.
  • Providing strong team collaboration to assure continuity of Noble service delivery, and confirm Noble services are in line with the identified outcomes.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in human/social service field and minimum of one year of experience in disability services. Must have a clear understanding of Medicaid Waiver budgeting process and waiver services.

A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance with coverage limits of $50,000/$100,000 for bodily injury liability and $50,000 for property damage. Criminal history checks, review of driving record, and drug screen are conducted prior to employment.
