Noble is adding DSP leadership positions within our Community Living Services! House Lead DSP's (Site Leaders) will provide quality direct support services for individuals in residential and community-based settings, while also responsible for providing some administrative support and oversight for assigned clients.


Specific responsibilities and requirements of the House Lead position include:

• Working 35-38 weekly hours of direct care with 3+ weekly hours of administrative support/oversight
• Direct care hours generally to include working every other weekend (Sat and Sun)
• Will be assigned to one primary location but will be trained to help at others if needed
• Responsible for the daily quality assurance checks on client notes, medication oversight, high risk plan tracking, and behavior plan tracking
• On-call every 3rd week
• Accountability for ensuring individuals' health/safety needs are met- assist with medical appointments, grocery shopping, finances, etc.

Position requires a High School Diploma/GED and preferably a minimum of 6 months of work experience in a human services field and/or experience with individuals with disabilities.

Ideal candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with technology, and flexibility to work a varied schedule and meet on-call responsibilities. Must provide own transportation, have valid driver's license and meet driving insurability and background check requirements.
